Sharon West talks about who will be using ALECSYS, searching the database, free use of the database, searching committee meetings, Statute Inquiry Reference System, seeing how the bills affect the statutes, summer inquiries about the legislature activity, keeping paper copies, ALECSYS for current information, and the two systems working together.
