An unidentified person talks about the second annual Fitness Fest, causes of death in relation to lifestyle, looking at weight, nutrition, exercise patterns, etc., agencies from the community coming to campus for the Fitness Fest, assessments, workshops, the month-long assessment after the fest, a fitness course in Wood Center, workshops offered at the Fitness Fest including a weight workshop for weightlifting, nutrition assessments, skin fold tests, aerobic workshops, and the Harvard step test, the responsibility of the individual for their own health, and who is eligible to attend the Fitness Fest.
