The program host, Pete Carran of KAKM-TV, discusses the first portion of the proceeding with John Havelock, director of legal studies for the Justice Center of the University of Alaska in Anchorage. Previously recorded man-on-the-street interviews regarding Alaskans' thoughts on the case are shown. Mark Sandberg, attorney for the Zobels, delivers his arguments before the court. Counsel for the State Avrum Gross delivers the State's rebuttal.
